We are Thrilled to Host an Event Highlighting Hard-Tech Innovation in Climate

Our Climate Week event will convene the New York hard-tech community and spotlight the growing momentum around decarbonization. As part of the day’s programming, we’re thrilled to host a fireside chat featuring Dr. Evelyn Wang, Director at the Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E), and national public radio host and journalist Molly Wood.

The event's demo hall will showcase prototypes of the technology reshaping the energy and climate economy, with 20+ companies displaying their innovations in clean-tech solutions. Guests, including local and federal government representatives, academia, investors, startups, and industry stakeholders driving the hard-tech climate ecosystem, will have the opportunity to observe and learn about the latest advancements.

Solving the climate crisis requires technical breakthroughs. Activate Fellows are rising to the challenge, bringing new decarbonization pathways to the hardest-to-abate industries, from chemicals to cement and copper production to carbon dioxide removal and next-generation energy storage.
